Town of Silverton Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) Columbine Park Landscaping and Park Elements Construction
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Silverton is seeking proposals from qualified professional contractor/construction individuals or firms who can provide professional services required for execution and completion of planned landscaping and park element construction in Silverton’s Columbine Park, a primary asset of the Silverton Parks and Recreation inventory. This project will include final planning collaboration with Town Staff and the selected architect, project management, site preparation and construction of landscaping/park asset development such as concrete and natural rock features, benches, planters, sprinklers, and general landscaping elements. It is acceptable to include subcontracted services for electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or additional elements of the project.
All proposals shall be delivered to Silverton Town Hall by 4:00 p.m. Friday March 17, 2023. The Town will review all proposals and seeks to complete a contract with the individual or firm who best fulfills the Town’s needs for this project. A complete RFP/RFQ response shall be submitted by one of the following acceptable means: U.S. mailed P.O.
