At 10:30 am, Greene and Blair Streets will come alive with the vibrant and captivating 4th of July Parade! Watch as colorful floats and community groups fill the streets with joy and excitement celebrating “Everything Patriotic” and “Favorite 4th of July Memories”! After the parade….
Head over to the Volunteer Fire Department and enjoy an exciting water fun event and mouthwatering BBQ for everyone to enjoy. Splash around and savor delicious food in the company of friends and family.
Memorial Park will be transformed into a hub of excitement with a wide array of vendors offering a variety of goodies and games for all ages. Explore, indulge, and immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere.
If you're a fan of vintage cars, don't miss the Classic VW Showcase at the Kendall Mountain Community Center. Marvel at the timeless beauty of these iconic vehicles and appreciate the craftsmanship that has stood the test of time.
Join the Silverton Brass Band on the Courthouse Lawn for a timeless concert. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the melodies and tunes that fill the air!
At 2:00 pm, the Silverton Area Chamber of Commerce will launch their thrilling Ducky Derby Race in Cement Creek behind Memorial Park. Watch as hundreds of rubber duckies race down the creek, vying for the top spots. Cheer on your favorites and see who emerges victorious!
As the day draws to a close, prepare to be amazed by an epic 4th of July firework display organized by the Volunteer Fire Department. At 9:30 pm, the sky will come alive with dazzling colors and breathtaking pyrotechnics, creating a grand finale to the days’ celebrations!
