Boxcar Apartments Predevelopment Engineered Site Plans
The Town of Silverton is seeking a qualified civil engineering firm to develop site infrastructure plans for Lots 1 and 32 in Anvil Mountain Subdivision, Silverton, CO. The Town has acquired grant funding through the EIAF More Housing Now Grant for site infrastructure plans for future affordable rental apartment buildings.
NOTICE: All proposals shall be submitted to Silverton Town Hall by 4:00pm on June 3, 2024.
A complete RFQ response shall be submitted by one of the following acceptable methods by 4:00pm on June 3, 2024:
- Electronic submission to achase@silverton.co.us Subject: RFQ Boxcar Apartments
- U.S Mailed to Silverton Housing Authority C/O Town of Silverton P.O. Box 250, Silverton, CO 81433
- Service delivery or hand delivery to Silverton Town Hall, 1360 Greene Street, Silverton, CO 81433.

Silverton Housing Authority Request for Proposals (RFP) Anvil Multifamily Development
Request for Proposals (RFP): Site plan, construction design, quote for the development of up to ten (10) housing units.
The Silverton Housing Authority care of the Town of Silverton seeks proposals from developers, manufacturers, general contractors for the design, construction, and placement of up to ten housing units in Anvil Mountain Subdivision. The selected bidder will work with the Silverton Housing Authority on the design and development of affordable housing units.
NOTICE: All proposals shall be submitted to Silverton Town Hall by 6:00pm on April 16th, 2024. The Silverton Housing Authority will review all proposals and seeks to complete a contract with the individual or firm that fulfills the authority’s needs for this project.
A complete RFP response shall be submitted by one of the following acceptable methods by 6:00pm on April 16th, 2024:
